About Us
Leticia Barajas, President and owner of Connections Around the World, LLC , is a native of Nebraska and is the daughter of Mexican parents who raised their family in a bilingual, bicultural home. First mentored in small business ownership by her father, a successful Omaha entrepreneur, she has an authentic perspective on the challenges of immigrant owned businesses and the challenges of immigrants adjusting to life in the United States. She knows the Spanish language and Latin culture first hand from a personal as well as from a professional perspective.

Our vision is simple. It is to "restore wholeness in a fragmented world". With all the challenges of our modern day society we have conflicting values, directions and differences. CAW strives to be a calming force in the midst of these differences and restore wholeness through our services which are designed to connect not fragment.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to give direction to businesses and organizations who wish to reach across cultural and language boundaries by building relationships first that are based on mutual understanding which grows into mutual respect and lastly develops into mutual trust, thereby leading to a profitable outcome for all.
Our Staff:
Leticia is joined by numerous other staff including graphic designers, web designers, certified translators and interpreters of multiple languages. All are trained in their areas of expertise. The results are that we have developed the capability of delivering quality and excellence in all that we do here at CAW.
